The Over Optimization algo update - named webspam update - are you hit?
Okay we are a little over 36 hours in to this and there are plenty of people crying but what has been seen and what are some things to look at for your sites
1. Sites with too many specific anchor text links have been affected 2. Old sites with no link building being done have seemed to gotten a lift 3. Sites with mainly links going to the homepage have been impacted 4. Links seem to be the entire direction of the changes 5. Internal pages are popping for terms 6. Sites are popping for some terms that have nothing to do with their site ok folks let's add some stuff here and build a better view of what is happening

As an aside it seems like Google plus posts are now getting a big play in the SERPs - write one about some obscure topic and see if it gets in the results in under 24 hours - may be way to offset losses a bit
