How to open a PPC account with Baidu? Help!
Hi, all. I have been trying to get in touch with Baidu. I have been given the below details, but I have been unable to get a response to emails and phone calls are answered by a machine.
http://is.baidu.com/contact_us.html I represent a PPC agency in the UK. Has anyone experience with working with Baidu? Thanks for your help.

Here is a guide to open an account in ppc Baidu. However, it is not easy to open Baidu PPC account. Before you can even begin to start building a campaign, you will need the following things: 1. A Chinese website 2. Business license 3. Certificate of Authorization 4. Proof of ownership of the website 5. The contract between the agent & Baidu 6. ICP license (maybe) 7. 5600 RMB deposit
