Question Does paid/organic traffic mix affect ranking in Google search

If 80% of the traffic to a page for a particular keyword is for example paid Google AdWords traffic (with the balance organic search)--is this held against you on the organic ranking side with Google (ie. is a judgment made that a large amount of PPC traffic for the keyword means the page somehow can't "stand on its own" and is somehow deficient quality wise)?

TIA.
