no it aint
 if you want a reply that can actually help you, then you need to provide details. is your website in google's index? what type of rankings does your website have? what is happening with your traffic levels? when was the last time googlebot crawled your pages? what changes did you make to your website in the days before it happened?

you have to have an idea of what was done wrong - serious duplicate content or scrapped content, selling links, cloaking etc
