There is no doubt that connecting the entire online offline reporting system together has been the holy grail of marketing.

I know that I am not alone in building proprietary systems to achieve this goal. However, I have been waiting patiently for at least 9 years for an "off the shelf" product to come along. Or at least the current CRM systems to incorporate the needs of online marketers.

It seems the one thing these vendors are lacking in their CRM systems is the ability to create multiple marketing fields and then map online marketing data into these fields to generate robust online/offline reports. One critical area commonly missing is online marketing driven phone call data.

Since we have built a custom system to do this I do not police the market for these abilities. Vendors chime in and demonstrate if you have it.
