Hey maneetpuri,

Google's use of microformats in SERPs for rich snippets is still pretty new. So for that reason, I wouldn't expect to see any major increases in rankings in the short term if ever. That said, microformats could be a signal of quality in the future and help increase user clicks in SERPs via rich snippets in my opinion.

Can you help me with some information about using RDFa format in my website code I have asked this thing on few forums but still not clear about the concept and the usage of these things (rich snippet, microformats, RDFa formats)revealed by Google for webmasters to improve search quality.

RDFa's are different from macroformats. You can use either.
