How to delete a user?
On one of the Adwords I'm managing the old manager is still a user. There are now two admin users and I want to delete the old one. How do I do that?

Thanks but this one I knew already. I don't want to change the access level. I want to delete the user COMPLETELY so that they can no longer log on to the account.

Not near mcc right now but I would change the email address so log in does not work
