Is there a way to "schedule" Ad Words Changes?

I'm doing a lot of testing and experimenting and would like to be able to set the changes I make to start at a certain time - like 12 a.m. That way I have a true sense of changes over the same period. I can't see a way to make changes but then schedule them to start at a certain time. Thanks.

You can use ad scheduling - different campaigns starting at different times, with your changes in them. Kinda clunky though - would love to hear better ideas.
