help needed: too many keywords with low traffic

hi all.
i have 2 question for you, adwords experts:

1. i have few campaigns that run for few months and have lots of keywords with low traffic (<20 impressions and no clicks). do you think that they contribute low QS to my campaign hence ropping them off?

2. do you know a program that can download url's content?

Having keywords wih low impression wont affect badly, however if you have each keyword accumalating significant impressions and yet no click then it would be time for you to take look and optimize them. Keywords with low click through and high impression volume is surely area of concern.

Suggestions would be make sure you are doing things right and have made all necessary account tweaks to esnure these set of keywords are getting actual available exposure. Just to briefly mention them they would
a. Campaign Budget sufficency
b. Keyword CPC's
c. Any unintentional keyword addition, which could be possible relevant.
d. Ad Delivery (depending on your budget and day parts)
e. Targeting Options


Also make sure you have defined benchmarks for your optimization, at this point you have mentioned these keywords has low impression <20, but establish benchmark for impression when you should start optimizing them.
