new site owner changing Adsense, existing site
When a site is taken over by a new owner and that owner starts a new Adsense account, for the domain, on a site having Google text ads - notice, please - this is not anything to do with changing an Adsense account itself - what is the easiest, safest, and best way for the new site owner to convert the text Ads?

So you mean that by creating a new adsense account, you will have to start from scratch?

Re: new site owner changing Adsense, existing site
you would want to do them from scratch so you can set channels and ad sizes that get measured - think in terms of knowing sizes and placement by set up codes giving you insight into how to change various layouts so conversion improves
