Question Loading time of my site

HI,
Some times my website takes more than 10 sec. I want to do some SEO, how should I start??

Start with directory submission its good. And 10 second is not bad time.

I agree that 10 seconds to load a page is a bad thing. Many users will abandon the page before it even finishes loading.

I would start by looking at the graphics on the page and see if there is anything that you can compress smaller. You could experiment by taking out elements one at a time to find the culprit.
