Slow and Silly Yahoo

Is anyone else experiencing problems with sending marketing emails to Yahoo? Our marketing emails are getting bounced and we've confirmed we are not blacklisted nor spammers.

YSM is also slow to report proper information to our 3rd party tracking system (about a week behind!).

Seriously, what's going on over there that's causing all of these problems? Have all the IT and support personnel given up now that Yahoo is making poor decisions in the eyes of its stock holders?

What kind of bounces are you getting? Have you checked the Yahoo Postmaster page?

Re: Slow and Silly Yahoo

Yahoo holds our emails in-limbo for about 2 days before rejecting/blocking them from going through. Our email distributor does not track what sort of errors we get.

Normally, I would chalk it up to our distributor. However, Yahoo has been very slow to post information to our 3rd party tracking lately. I'm thinking these two go hand-in-hand with each other on some level.

I've seen blog postings about Yahoo's service and attention drifting since the "Yahoocrosoft" fiasco. Has to be some correlation. I just want my emails to go through as it is becoming costly (in both expense and lack of revenue due to lost emails).
