Don't know how they got these links
Hello all,
Need your kind help here.. As attached is a file I screenshot when I was searching in google. Then under this result, the first result has a lot of links beneath it. I do see it sometimes but not all the time. So, what is that? What is it called and how to have that?

"Sitelinks" are completely automated and the result of link structure.

Yes, they usually appear when a site is viewed by Google as being the definitive authority for a particualr serach query. Most often for company or brand names, but they can be seen for other querys also.
