Upper and lower case

has anyone experience if there is a difference of including upper and lower case words into your keyword portfolio?

Hi elf,

I'm assuming you mean capitalizing the first letter of each word in a keyword phrase. My answer is no, it doesn't affect anything. I have several keywords that are capitalized (for no other reason than that's just how they were entered in the ad groups), and our ad shows up when the lower case versions are searched.

This also has no effect on how the keyword is inserted into the ad, since that is controlled with the {KeyWord}/{Keyword}/{keyword} function.
