Next step to develop my SEPR?

Hii… Im Jasin from Indonesia, I m just start learning Internet Marketing Since 4 month before from several SEO books. my target keyword is " Tips Kecantikan "
but my web ( infokulit.com] )stop at page 2 in google.
now im only trying to add my site to directory2
and add sitemap.xml
..
Can anybody help me by give me any advice.

Without doing any proper research or analysis it's hard to give you advice for a specific keyword phrase.

At first glance though it seems that there's plenty of optimised competition, 197 pages with that phrase in both an anchor and the page title, that's quite a lot.

If you're determined to use that phrase, try building backlinks that contain that keyword phrase in the anchor text, make yourself more relevant for it than your competitors. Avoid reciprocal links or paid links. Don't worry about PR, go for relevancy.

Make sure you use the keyword phrase in the right places on your site, in the page title, H1 tag, on-page links etc but don't over do it.

You could add a modifier to it, go for a long tail approach, but I can't suggest one because I have no idea what the phrase means.
