Talking Could there be partisan search engines?

Do you think there are partisan favorite search engines? as far as the searcher is concerned, not the search engines themselves.

Like more republicans like watching fox news, are there search engines that republicans like to use more and search engines that the green party prefer. If so then that could open up new ways of targeting audiences.
