Collapsible OneBox Results Being Tested

Danny blogs that "Google Testing Collapsible OneBox Display". This is based on a a Philipp Lenssen post, Google Expand/ Collapse News Result where he found that Google was using a + sign to collapse the news result. Pretty neat.

But Danny said;

It also feels like a step backwards. People already bypass stuff shown in OneBox displays because it doesn't seem like "regular" web results, despite the fact that it might be more relevant that web results are for a particular query. This seems like it might make them even less noticeable. But testing will tell -- perhaps people might zoom in on them more.

I use collapsible elements when I know the person doesn't want the information. They are just happy the info is there, behind a plus sign, and that they can click on it, but they don't click on it.

OneBox results are not about that, are they?
