Displayed Ad Time Managment

This is probably a stupid question to the rest of you, but why can't you set your ads to display at certian times of the day? Or can you?

Say I want them to stop runing late at night due to click fraud and other reasons.

The only major PPC engine I know of that offers time of day/day of week ad display options as part of the standard package is MSN's Adcenter.
