Local Site Search Box

I am looking for help finding a good service for doing site search. I have looked at google which seems to be doing an excellent job of indexing my site and does a great job of bring up relevant information but I would like to have a search that does not have all my competitors advertising on the local search result pages.

Does anyone have any suggestions for good local site search services which only include my site information?
