Backlink Analyzer

I recently created a free anchor text analysis tool.

It operates similar to Optilink & SEO Elite, but is free.

Two things I need to look into are trying to make it OS independent (some people mentioned using Java), and I need to increase the character limit on the anchor text summary to about 50 characters.

I have some other ideas on making it better as well, but please let me know what you think of it or if you think there are other things it should do.

Just downloaded and tried the tool and it looks like a beauty!

Few questions;

Can the tool show the two word anchor texts in the summary?

Also, what does it mean if it shows nothing for anchor text but shows the backlink?

yes. from the summary screen (screen #2) you hit the search terms button to bring up any single term. for term sets (or phrases) you can enter those in the "type here" box and then hit the add keyword phrase.

currently the limit is something like 23 characters, and I will raise that to like 50 for the next release.

it may not have been able to analyze it.

Do you do anything to check for rel=nofollow links?
