Other results where it occurs
It also happens on searches for:
  • telemedia
  • jay is

and doesn't seem to be related to the keyphrase popularity. The format seems to be consistantly 5/3/2 with the middle three being the optional diversion. We have a screenshot here http://www.search-engine-war.co.uk as came across the same thing ourselves today.
