Yahoo Linkdomain Sporadic

I have been watching this for a while with both the normal search.yahoo.com and the API results from Yahoo.

Yahoo simply returns different numbers for the linkdomain.com command at search.yahoo.com then from the API.

But that is not the big deal (even though those numbers are very different).

You will also notice that Yahoo returns different results for the linkdomain.com command when searched at search.yahoo.com again and again.

But one thing I noticed this morning that when doing a linkdomain command on my blog, I got two very different results.

http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=lin...roundtable.com

Search twice the above way within 5 minutes, first time returned 33,900 results and second time, 35,000. Not a big deal..

But when I searched the same command while logged into myweb, I had 77,900 results. Yahoo MyWeb Search

They use the API as well.

I'm using linkdomain:seroundtable.com -site:seroundtable.com and getting between 65-70K through API, MyWeb & search.yahoo.com

Clearly this is going to wreak havoc on tool builders who rely on accurate information... (like me)
