Yes, I can certainly confirm that some advertisers are having difficulty logging in. As might be imagined, engineering is hard at work on the issue - and I'll let you know more as I know more.

Well, I was able to login but now am getting a generic "internal server error" page when I try to add a new ad group. I guess they are having some major problems. I can imagine all of the techs running around like crazy right now

I've been waiting a bit before posting, but it looks as if the login issues are resolved. I'm not aware of other 'major issues' at this point, but I'll certainly keep my eyes and ears open.

I don't think this other issue is related to the login problem, phpmaven. I think there is a good chance you'll be able to resolve it by rebooting, opening a fresh browser, and also a fresh login page (in other words, from adwords.google.com, rather than from a bookmarked page).

I hope that does the trick. Some folks also find that clearing their cache and cookies will help.
