Need a SEO for a scripts store

Good day,

Need a SEO for a site which offers turnkey PHP solutions for a very low prices. Currently site is listed with hotscripts, scripts.com and some other script directories (but not all)

Site has 130-300 unique visitors per day traffic (main part comes from hotscripts.com, also mainly customers coming from this one largest directory)

How much would cost Google optimisation for a site so it comes in top ten results with "scripts" keyword for example? There was an experience with GoogleAdwords, but it had too poor results (even with "scripts" keyword there were just 8 clicks on a 3000 shows, of course there weren't potential buyer's)

Anyway we are oriented for Google or Yahoo and other major SE's as we need good targetted webmaster's traffic.
If you have any advices or can help - please PM.

Also it would be nice if you have any good lists of webmaster's directories.

Please tell us your constant prices and let us know if you are agree to work on a revenueshare basis (it is probably main condition, but we will need to make prices higher in this case).

Also there is an idea to do SEO for keywords, containing names of different scripts for example:
"image hosting", "real estate listings", "auction website", etc.
