The link with a tracking code and the Page Rank

Goodmorning,

I'm Luca and I'm looking for some informations (sorry may be basic informations) about the page rank and the inbound link that has a tracking code.

I knwo that the Page Rank, in his original formulation given by Page and Brin, is calculated by :

PR(A) = (1-d) + d[ PR(T1)/N(T1) +...+ PR(Tn)/N(Tn)]

where N is the number of the outgoing link from page T.

here is my question : when I want to calculate the number of the outgoing links from a page, have I to calculate every outgoing link even if this has a tracking code or have I to calculate only the "pure" outgoing link?

There are a lot of sites that have some outgoing link with a tracking code, I imagine, for exemple, a site that has a lot of banner managed by an advertising agency.

I think, but I'm not sure, that I don't have to calculate this kind of outgoing links.

second question : someone knows if there is a difference between the .com domains and the .info or .net domains in the natural ranking of a site?

I try to explain it better (I'm sorry, as you have seen I'm not english native spoken) : Can I be penalized in the natural ranking if I have an ".info" domain? I saw that google "prefers" the ".com" and ".co.uk" (for exemple) domains than other sub domains.
but: Is it a rule?

thank you very much for every information that you 'd give me.

Luca
