SEO effect of changing Youtube video title

Hey guys, I have a video that I uploaded in 07 and it's currently showing up on Google for the phrase "how to drive a stick shift" and am currently getting about 1000 views a day but am trying to bring that up. According to the google keyword tool "how to drive manual" is over 10 times more popular than the other.

I'd like to change the video name but I'm worried I'll lose the SEO standing that it currently has. Does anyone know how it works when you change a Youtube Title? Will it lose the video age and previous SEO juiceage?

why not create another version and upload to your channel - get ranked for both

According to the google keyword tool

I wouldn't necessarily go with what the Google tools is saying. Pay more attention to what is showing up in the "suggested search" when you start typing/searching for "how to drive..." and use that as a starting point.

It will help if you create and upload another video--or, better yet, you might want to make the 2nd video a response to your first video.

i completely agree with you that you should do more concentration on keyword tool which you are targeting... as well some not related keyword is ranking because of panda & pengiun is effected so hardly.

do more keyword research to help effective title.
