Can anybody suggest me search engines that are popular in Japan.

Google and yahoo is the best. if you find good result in google and yohoo other search engine will automatically crawl your site

Yes he is right because maximum search engines get search data from these two.

In "the rest" you may consider Baidu Japan. On the global search engines market, this one is supposed to have a 4.8 share (although it serves only China and Japan).
