There are lots of institute also available here in India but I would like to say you learn SEO from yourself. Start participation in good SEO forums you will learn good things there.

Dude I am an SEO and I had never been to a institute to learn it, only experience can make u perfect in SEO.

However I have heard that some institutes charge $$ to make u learn crap things

IF you have interest in seo. you can learn yourself. if you have website you can try it youself. go do different articles and e-book. you will get an idea. then start doing with your domain. seo is cant able to read in hours. you need to work it out. it is not a coding or programming. this is just a concept
