Bing or not Bing!

Hey guys how many of you promote your website in Bing , also do you get enough traffic from Bing ?

I promote my sites everywhere I can. Here is the breakdown of traffic sources for me:

google (organic) 75.03%

bing (organic) 7.32%

(direct) ((none)) 6.05%

yahoo (organic) 5.07%

aol (organic) 1.01%

I get virtually zero traffic from Bing. I have submitted my site to them several times but they still don't send me any traffic. For a while they did (minimal) but that has tapered off to nothing. Interesting because Bing gives me 481 backlinks but not for my url, instead it is for sites that are linked to my site. Yet, why doesn't Bing have my url listed? I've owned the domain name for three years now (I created it when I started my site) so age is not a factor. I publish fresh content on a daily basis and ping whenever I add a new article to my site. Most of my SE traffic comes from yahoo but when Bing fully takes over yahoo!'s day to day traffic duties will that affect my rankings in yahoo?

I see good traffic from Bing compared to (old) MSN but not compared to Google

Submit your site to directories you search in Bing.

Definately Bing.

All of our sites rank well and for appropriate terms on Bing. No the traffic doesnt result in alpine like climbs on the revenue chart, but every bit helps.

Review your site once again for invalid mark up and classic SEO no nos.
