Mobile Ads Disappear On New AdWords Interface

AdWordsRep: hope you're reading this. We've sent feedback but I thought it's a worthwhile issue to flag up here as well...

Mobile Ads don't show at all in the list of ads on the interface, immaterial of whether we click the show / hide deleted link.

We do receive clicks and impressions on these "non-existant" ads, though!

Very interesting. This is a new one to me - and when I get back to the office on Monday morning, I will track down the right folks and quote you verbatim.

Well, it has been one of those weeks - in which I have not even come close to getting everything done.

I did have a chance to ask about the subject of this thread, however, and am going to take moment to post what I learned - while also reading all the current threads and collecting feedback for this week's Advertiser Feedback Report.

In any case, it turns out that image and text ads are the only ad formats currently available in the 'Updated Adwords Interface' at present - which is why mobile ads aren't showing up for you, AccuraCast.

Bottom line, while the updated interface is still under development - or for now, at least - you'll need to switch back to the old interface to view mobile ads stats or create new ones.

Sorry about that - but at least we both now know what's what.
