Is there a search engine that finds cell phone or unlisted phone numbers?

Is there a good search engine to search cell phone, mobile phone or unlisted phone numbers from not only the USA but Canada, UK, Australia and many other countries of the world?

I hope not... How do you spell creepy stalker problem? I mean, it is called an unlisted phone number for a reason: it isn't suppossed to be listed... ANYWHERE.

While I am sure the question was meant in good faith, and a mobile number search would be terribly handy, all I can say is eeewwwwww, the whole concept just creeps me out.

I was referred to this site Abika.com a few months ago. They have the most comprehensive list of phone searches. I got a few cell phone numbers searched through that site and their results were right on target.
