Okay, just to kick this off, let me ask you guys: When working with enterprise level clients and the diverse interests, is there one group that usually "gets it" first and is easier to work with? Conversely, is there a similar group across companies you usually have to pull along?

Great question Jim! Yes, we find that usually some groups get it quicker than others. Those groups tend to be the ones that have more rapid results, fairly consistently.

It is also very dependent on the overall content owners and the in-house SEO project manager and/or executive sponsor as to how quickly things get done. One particular Fortune 500 client we have has a true evangelist at the executive level, and his power within the organization helps us get the face-to-face meetings scheduled and actually attended. We have also sent the opposite.

If only they all drank the kool aid...
