Re: Is it Forum useful for a website?

We do not allow backlinks because of people that feel that building forums links is a way to help improve their rankings. Bottom line, if you will excuse my french: This is a community not your "link bitch."

Re: Is it Forum useful for a website?

Let's take your style, for example. You place one link you are promoting in your forum profile, and another as your location. You have a total of less than ten posts and you feel as if you have earned the right to suggest how we run the forums.

Do you honestly feel people will respect you as a member of this community without actually having useful input instead of just dropping backlinks? If you are confused or think I am singling you out please see the following and look for the quote: http://blog.searchenginewatch.com/blog/080514-081844
