Going, going, gone!
Early last year I ranked well with msn, then I noticed slowly but surely I was MIA and I haven't been found since. Google and Yahoo like me but MSN has kicked me out of the playground. Can anyone offer some suggestions? I sure could use the help.

Well you are a yahoo store. I'd look to see if MSN has been dropping other yahoo stores to spite them for a no go on MSN's bid to buy out Yahoo.
Also you have almost the exact same products and descriptions on bookbagetc.com they may know that you are one in the same and see you as a dupe site? Just my 2 cents

Good catch, Mike.
Yep, almost a mirror site for all but the shopping, looks like it got nuked for duplication. You'd better 301 that second domain name to the first so there's only one site, and ask MSN Live to reconsider. Make sure it's all squeaky clean beforehand.
