Signed up for MSN Ad Center and urls was removed from live.com
I was wanting to know if anyone here has heard of a problem with MSN ad center like this one? I have 5 websites in all. I decided to sign up for MSN ad center for 2 campaigns on 2 websites of mine. I started getting traffic as promised. However, I realized 2 weeks later these urls or website was removed from MSN and live.com natural search engine. I have 5 websites but these were the only two that was removed from natural search. I didn't change or alter or buy any spammy techniques or links. I didn't change any page or my websites at all. I have been promised in Jan. that my website met all there guidelines and have been resubmitted and was told it could take 5-6 weeks for reinclusion. However, it has been over 10 weeks. I contacted live support again last week. I had no luck. They wanted me to start all over on everything. Review there guidelines, help center and webmaster tools as I spent a month previous. Here. Basically, all the information I provided them earlier and the support specialist (a member of Microsoft Global Escalations" who promised re-submission was gone. Now, I am being referred back to that team. The biggest problem is that this can take another 4-5 weeks at the earliest if they approve my sites again "which they already have once so they should again". What can I do? I have had trouble since 10-29-07.

When did AdCenter reps start helping people with organic rankng issues?

Hi All,
As reps from the adCenter team, we generally don’t answer questions on organic or ranking issues, but in this case the advertiser thinks there may have been an issue with their adCenter account, so we’d like to look into this further. For those of you with Live Search questions, please check out http://forums.microsoft.com/webmaster or http://webmaster.live.com. Thank you, adCenter Rep |
