Does adcenter allows advertising for online sports betting/casino/poker websites - UK

I've been trying to find out if MS Adcenter allows an online gambling/betting site to advertise or not, but I couldn't find the terms. The terms and Conditions which I saw was mainly for USA, where obviously online gambling is banned.

What about the UK rules?

A search for online betting in MSN shows sponsored searches which gives indication that they do accept such advertising.

I even can't find UK contact details.

Any clue on this topic?

The sponsored searches say yes.

I'm lost between no and yes.

Google displays no result in sponsored search section if you type any gambling related keywords, msn displays loads of result and even invites you to join adcenter to advertise there.

Try "Sports Betting" on both Google and MSN and see results.

If MSN had been following Google guidelines then they would not display any result in Sponsored Results.

Guidelines say online betting sites are not accepted.

Search result shows online betting sites (Directly) in sponsored result section. Where these results come from if not Adcenter?
