Lunar Eclipse Tonight: Google Earth Sky Predicts When and Where
Very cool Google Earth Sky feature: you find out when the total lunar eclipse will be visible wherever you are on the planet.
The last total lunar eclipse occurred before Google Earth Sky launched. I'm sure next year Google will have an even more precise way to predict when you can see the moon eclipse. Here's our total lunar eclipse link with all the details. |

That is one cool feature Kevin, if only they had gotten that exploding spy satellite in Sky too!

Re: Lunar Eclipse Tonight: Google Earth Sky Predicts When and Where
Thanks, Brian - we may need to be careful what we wish for! ;-) We're fast approaching the day when Google sees all.
It would be amazing if Google Earth or MSN Earth created animations that showed scenarios like the satellite - or missing Air Force fighter jets over the Gulf of Mexico. |
