Checking Regional Adwords Position

Does anyone know of a virtual IP tool that would allow me to check google ads as if I were in a certain city?

I frequently place regionally targeted ads nationwide but have no way to check the SERPs. Frequently clients will have a question regarding their placement and I have to have them e-mail a screenshot of their results.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I used to check the SERPs throgh google's country domains (google.com.au, google.fr, google.co.uk etc) But for certain countries (for ex. Japan, China) it didn't work. I am also looking for a way to check this. Thought of writting to Google customer support. If you find a way, pls post

And let me post few more questions for which I need any source of information

1. Out of total web searching in the word, what is the split of searching in English and in other languages...??

2.Does googl and overture sponsored ads which are created in English, appear for the keyword searches done in other languages..??

3.If the answer for the above 2nd question is "YES", what if the searcher restrict the result,through languages tools available in SEs, only to his selected language...??? (Does this restriction apply only for natural results..??)
