Strange PR / Index issue..

I have a site where i show 387 linkbacks in Google.. i had a PR5 , then i disappeared out of google for 3 weeks, with only my homepage showing but not indexed. A couple weeks ago, my site came back in full force in Google.. but now the PR update came and my PR is a 0.

Think there is a connection?
