In-House Salary Survey - look here please

Yep - after all the chatter on the topic, we're stepping up and running an actual salary survey for in-house SEMs.

No more guesswork on what jobs pay how much and where the best money is.

No more struggling to figure out what to pay your talent or how to price jobs when growing your in-house team.

...they'd be considered more as "consultants"...so, in-a-house, isn't quite the same as in-house...

Glad to see question #9 (in the pdf) "Where are you located?", this (breakdown by city) is one important aspect that Marketing Sherpa doesn't include in their "SEO salary" data.

Please update this post when the SEO salary survey is complete.

The plan right now is to have the data out in November - not 100% sure when in November, as that'll depend on the size of the dataset collected.

To date, we've had over 230 folks complete the survey! I am impressed!

How about a similar survey for agencies? I've seen the range from $30,000 to $250,000. That's a pretty wide range.

Being talked about later this week, upright. No fair the in-house folks having all the fun - and judging by the number of folks who clicked that option on the In-House survey, there's a need for that data as well.
