Re: Newbie and Crappy
Ha yeah I dont think the requirements can be that high.
probably something like: 1. Feeling lost on Search Engine terminology and strategies? 2. Head pounding from all the info you are trying to learn? 3. Want to find a group of fellow SEOists and drink your headache away? Dunno just a few questions I am asking myself this great monday morning. ![]() |

Re: Newbie and Crappy
According to the party thread there is a pre ses get together at the bar in the marriott, we should meet up and then we can make the rounds together so at least well know each other.

Re: Newbie and Crappy
Another relative newbie who wishes to get on a steeper learning curve.
I have only been doing this SEO for some 3 months but found there is so much you can do without any techie knowledge. Keeping content ticking over, reviewing SEO on existing stuff, pushing back links through forums and blogs submissions, etc. Perhaps we can start some program of SEO for newbie non techies of way to improve our site rating in other non technical ways, i.e. spell check the whole of your site, look for an optimum word count in pages etc. There you go I've started the ball rolling already! By the way just by putting this post in readers may well want to know where I'm coming from and view my site and blogs! Good eh! MOD - How about a non techie section in the forum dedicated to this? |

Re: Newbie and Crappy
Anyone interested in a newbie conference in VA Beach? VA Beach Conference Center is kinda nice - modern looking and all. Looks "techie" but not...?
