Internal links, maybe but I'm not sure what you are talking about. Inbound links?

Inbound links, yes.

I'm real new at putting a site together.. How would I use a photo stored on Flickr to generate traffic? Get the photo recognized on Flickr and hope people click on the URL to my site underneath?
