Question AdSlander by Implication

Let me be careful here.

I Google'd on the company/brand name of a certain SEO agency. This is me not naming names.

There's an adword on the name - an advertisement for software that can help detect click fraud. I hadn't seen this before.

I'm glad I don't work for this certain SEO. I don't think the ad breaches Google's no-negative adverts policy but the advert does have a chilling implication. That certain SEO agency = click fraud. Why else would the anti-clickfraud advert be there? I'm not saying the agency does engage in such things, I doubt they do, but I can see how this would be the chain of thought which enters peoples' heads.

I'm wondering two things now: whether I should be talking about this on forums as I'm not trying to cause trouble and whether we're going to see "Implication" adwords in lieu of negative ones.

This is related to AdWords, so why not bring it up in the forums. It brings up an interesting topic. Thanks for sharing!
