Overture Services, Yahoo Inc.'s Web-search advertising unit, on Monday said it plans to enter five new international markets in the coming months as the Internet media company continues to broaden its global reach.
Beginning in the fourth quarter, Overture will open in Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

According to several research firms, the global sponsored search market -- also known as Web-search advertising or paid search -- could grow to nearly $11 billion by 2008.

Does it mean that even google is so strong now, even msn potentially will end the contract with overture, Overture will still make money?

btw, MSN contributes 1/3 of overture's revenue.
