i have always confusion about how yahoo measure a rank of web page and which toolbar are used by yahoo can anyone tell me a name of yahoo page rank toolbar where i will see a page rank of web page like google show page rank in their toolbar
please help me

yahoo doesn't have the abilty to measure page rank from their toolbar. The last I seen of it, they didn't provide any ranking stats

Let's clarify this a little bit:

There is NO toolbar that accurately will reflect a page rank. Even the Google toolbar, which displays a measurement called PageRank is not accurate (intentionally so) and is not something anyone should rely on.

So answer you question directly: Yahoo does not offer any toolbar-based or web-based, etc methods for indicating any algorithmic measurement by which they'd gauge your site's ultimate ranking. Don't bother looking for one.

The information that you should be interested in, such as the quality of links pointing to your site, can often be found at Yahoo's Site Explorer - check out the information Yahoo will tell you about your site there... and also check Google's Webmaster Central, for the best info about your own site.
