New site, but old front page?

Hello,
First post here :-)

I registered a domain www.grindside.com in december, and since that i have been serving a coming soon page. (this changed regularly as it was a php page that picked a random message). If i searched Google for grindside i was always top of the list.

2 weeks ago i uploaded the finished site, but i see pages from the site being listed, but the first page has not yet been updated, and looking at the logs i see this:

/ Http Code: 200 Date: Mar 09 08:43:33 Http Version: HTTP/1.1 Size in Bytes: 0
Referer: -
Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Googlebot/2.1;+http://www.google.com/bot.html)

Why is it showing as 0 bytes? and is everything ok?

looks like the homepage has been indexed and is up-to-date in the google cache.

Perhaps it just took sometime for it to be crawled and then indexed?

I knew it took time, but i was surprised it took over a month. I was just getting a bit impatient i think :-)
