Looking for a Traffic manager

General Position Description: The focus of the Traffic Manager will be to drive new customer acquisition for Monster Canada product lines. The Traffic Manager role will work closely with the Director of Product and Business Development to develop and execute online media initiatives to drive cost effective customer acquisition. The Traffic Manager will work with external media properties to continually improve the performance of all media initiatives. The development of comprehensive testing plans to seek out new strategies for cost effectively acquiring customers will be a core function of this role.


Specific Responsibilities
· Develop and execute cost effective online media plans that meet acquisition goals and objectives
· Develop campaign performance optimization recommendations, and work with media properties to execute those recommendations.
· Manage all online media planning and execute media buys
· Monitor performance of purchased online advertising on a daily basis
· Issue plan recommendations and negotiate most efficient rates
· Manage all creative, landing pages and pixel optimization
· Serve as day-to-day contact for, and foster relationships with third parties.
· Traffic all required assets to host sites
· Monitor and QA creative tracking after campaign launches to ensure accurate implementation.
· Process and reconcile all media insertion orders and invoices
· Maintain knowledge of current online media trends and incorporate into ongoing test plans.


Qualifications
· BA/BS in Marketing or related field
· 3-5 years of Interactive Media Experience in planning, buying, and strategy development
· Experience developing campaigns in CPM, CPC and CPA.
· Knowledge of third party ad serving and tracking tools (Atlas, DART, WebTrends, etc)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Willingness to work in a team environment and fill in where needed
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Agency experience is considered a plus
