How to add URL in Ask.com?

I am try to find out how to add a URL to ask.com. Any help should be highly Appreciated.

Ask doesn't have a submit URL option. It solely relies on following links to discover pages.

Thanks Jimbeetle for your response. I read this on ask.com, and the also maintained that if anybody wants to send information about URL they can send it to url@askjeeves.com.
My problem is my site have good ranking on Big 3, but still I unable to archived a position on Ask's SERP. only my home page is index by them. My site is 3 month old.
