On Again Off Again Keywords

Google seems to be activating and unactivating some of our keywords. We have a bunch that we are working downwards for bids.... they sit low and get us small amounts of traffic yet hold a decent CTR as they are relatively obscure terms....

Now we have seen the terms go inactive for a bunch of hours at a time and then get reactivated without us doing anything.

Has anyone had this happen to them?

PPC will become famous soon enough
Yes, terms are always going off and on in our account. Seems like a strategy for Google to force higher bids w/o completely losing the traffic if you don't.

Could this be a residual effect of last Friday's $10 glitch?

I haven't noticed it in my account, at least not any more than usual. I do find this happens periodically but not on a large scale.
