Soccer/Football Fan? Link Builder?

It just occurred to me that this forum might be a good place to post this, what with all the football fans and SEO's both in the same spot.

What I Have

I have a new site I'm optimizing - oleole.com . Unfortunately, although I'm picking it up fast, I don't live and breath soccer/football like many people, which makes quality link building more difficult.

What I Want

I need a link builder with knowledge of, and respect for, football/soccer. I've done the usual Yahoo, etc directory submissions, so I'd be looking for someone who is active in the football community who can do link building via social media, forums, blogs etc.

I'm interested in both homepage and deep linkbuilding. If you have a favorite team that you'd like to promote only, that's fine. I don't care if I get one person to do all of it, or a bunch of people each with their own interests.

We are also launching in various languages, as well. So I'll need people how can help me for Spanish, Japanese, etc, as well as English. Additionally, we are launching for specific countries, so if you are into futebol in Brasil, then I'd love to hear from you.

Come to think of it, I'll need keyword researchers for these languages, too

What I *Don't* Want

Spam. OleOle is a legitimate, valuable site and I have no interest in ruining their reputation (or mine). If you are in or know of a blog or other place where you can link in a natural and valuable manner to both OleOle AND the site you are on, then great. But no "Hi, nice forum, here's a link" stuff. I'm also not interested in PR for PR's sake - just relevance and quality.

I'm also not interested in link rentals - I'd rather pay for your time or the permanent link cost. I'm also not interested in being re-sold links from link brokers - I can do that myself and cut the middleman.

What I'll pay

I can pay either on a link by link basis (if you only have one or two links you can think of, for example) or as a linking campaign. I'm open to suggestions and pricing, but I am aware of current market prices and trends.

Be aware that I'm an experienced link builder and am looking for better quality work than I could do myself, not the lowest bidder with automated tools, for example.
